Narrative Summary: The scope of the Kunming Science and Technology University Campus design includes a master plan, the landscape concept and the architectural concepts of the main buildings including the library, classrooms, dormitories and administrative buildings. Turenscape developed a master plan of concentric layers that complements the existing terrain of the hilly site. The architectural design has been greatly inspired by the bright light of the area, the blue sky as well as the colorful natural and cultural landscape of this plateau region.
