Project Profile

The planning and design has absorbed the essence of traditional culture, meantime appreciating the atmosphere of modern industrial park. The planning solution has taken full advantage of the unique features of the site, waterfront (Dushu Lake), while drawing the essence of the traditional place spirits of Suzhou households, such as “water alley – Stone marina – Trestle bridge”, “Plantain and bamboo - Enclave courtyard – Family household". It also employs modern and simple architecture and environmental design techniques to create “New Suzhou households” with local features and modern characteristics. The overall features of the planning are water alley, stone marina, trestle bridge; plantain and bamboo, enclave courtyard, family and household.
