“洋人在土人”系列访谈之十一-ROMAIN ALEXANDRE ALEGRE

　　1、 你为什么会决定来中国，并选择来土人设计呢？

　　Why did you decide to come to China, and join Turenscape?

 

　　我在大三的时候参加了一次欧洲学生交流项目。我去了希腊雅典。那里很美。在那里我结实了来自欧洲各地的朋友，并试图去发现这个国家和它的文化。这种经验让我非常乐于去旅游和结交朋友。我选择来中国是因为我从未到过亚洲，我想参与这种混合“工作”和“发现”型的实习是很酷的主意。我之所以来到土人，是因为它是家世界知名公司。而且，我学的是建筑，但我对景观设计真的很感兴趣。

 

    I participated to an student european exchange when I was in my third year. I went to Athens, Greece. It was wonderful. I met a lot of people from all the Europe, and discover a country and its culture. This experience made me want to travel and meet people. I decided to choose China, because I never came to Asia before and thought that doing an internship there can be a good idea to mix “work” and “discoveries”. I was interested to work at Turenscape, because it is a prestigious company. And also, because I am architect but I am really interested about landscape.

 

　　2、 在土人设计里都做了哪些工作，在这个过程中，让你最难忘的是什么？

　　Having worked in Turenscape for a while now, what has been most memorable?

 

　　我从没在土人这么大型的公司工作过！

 

       3、 你在来土人前的工作涉及到不同的项目，能简单介绍一下吗？这些经验对你在土人设计的工作有哪些帮助？

　　Before joining Turenscape, you have worked on many kinds of projects, can you tell us a little about them? Has your experience in these helped you with your work at Turenscape?

       我毕业于2011年7月。我在巴黎的公司做过复杂的住房设计和城市重建的相关工作。我也设计过一些独立住房项目。
I am graduate since july 2011. I did some internships in Parisian agencies, about complex housing buildings and urban renewal. I also worked for personnal projects as single houses.

 

       4、 以您在土人及在国外的工作经验为例，中西方工作模式有哪些不同之处？

　　Given your experience in Turenscape and overseas, what differences do you see in the way we work and design?

The scales between my french projects and the projects designed by Turenscape are really different. Here, in China, everything is big! The timing, here, is very short for each project.
 

      5、 您去过中国的哪些城市？这个城市的主要特色是什么？您对这些城市的印象是什么？

　　Which Chinese cities have you visited? What was the main feature of that city? What impressions did the city leave you with?

 

    I just visited Xi’an, one week end. I went to the mausoleum and also the old city. I really enjoy my time there.

 

　　6、 你最欣赏哪位建筑设计师？什么样的作品最能让你兴奋？

　　Which architect do you admire most? What kind of projects excites you the most?

 

    I really like Tadao Ando. His projects have simple design but are so powerfull. By contrast, I like also Zaha Hadid.

 

　　7、 你认为景观设计师和建筑设计师在创造更美好的城市方面各扮演着什么角色？

　　What role do you think landscape architects play in making our cities more livable and sustainable?

 

　　景观设计师应尝试去减少城市的人工修饰成分，为人们提供一个更好的环境。

 

　　8、 你未来有什么样的计划？

　　What future plans do you have?
