城市形象与城市特色的灵魂--一份来自三峡移民新城规划建设调查的启示

- 通过对湖北省兴山县机关工作人员进行的问卷调查，发现地方群众对三峡工程移民新城建设中的城市生活环境质量和城市规划问题最为关心。新城规划建设应该突出体现当地历史、文化、山水特色和经济发展新形象，以营造地方城市特色。移民新城建设应该重视基础设施和文化娱乐设施的建设，并推动经济发展和创造就业机会。整个调查结果表明，安居乐业的城市生活环境质量是城市特色和城市形象的灵魂，城市规划是实现这一目的的最重要手段。 Based on a questionnaire survey to officials in Xingshan County, Hubei Province, the results showed that what the most concerned by local people is the quality of the living environment and urban planning. The planning and construction of the immigrant new town should reveal the history, culture, physical landscape of the area, and the new characteristics of its economic development to formulate the feature of an endemic city. The construction of a new immigrant town should focus on its infrastructure and recreational facilities in order to promote economic development and to create more chance for employment. The holistic results of the survey suggested that the living environment quality of an immigrant new town to live and work in peace and contentment is the soul of its special feature and the city image. Urban planning is the most important means to approach this goal.
