Kongjian Yu Spoke at Save the Date 50 Years of LA in NZILA：Healing the World Sponge City and Sponge Planet

The New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects (NZILA) Annual Conference will be held from October 11 to 13, 2022, in Auckland, New Zealand. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the association, the conference will review the evolution of landscape design in New Zealand, look ahead to future development trends, and discuss strategies for addressing climate change.

In addition to local industry pioneers from New Zealand, the conference will also feature international masters such as Richard Weller and Professor Yu Kongjian, who will share their insights into the future of the landscape design industry. Among them, Professor Yu Kongjian, Academician of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Dean of the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at Peking University, and Founder of Turen Design, will deliver a keynote speech titled "Healing the World: Sponge Cities and Sponge Planet."
