SENIOR ARCHITECT

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Architectural and Masterplanning design of cultural, residential, commercial complex, offices, hotels, tourism developments, etc.

2. Schematic Design, Design Development and collaborating with Construction Drawing design teams.

3. Cooperation with the Chief Architect and Associate Principal to carry out projects or work independently to complete project presentation to client.

 

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture. Experience in architecture design for more than 5 years, working experience as project architect and project manager is preferred.

2. Fluency in written and spoken English. (Mandarin and Chinese writing is a plus).

3. Excellent design techniques and graphic skills. Able to design and execute project independently on time, and understand local and international client’s requirements. (China project experience is a plus).

4. Strong responsibility and teamwork spirit, professional vision and attitude, strong coordination and communication skills. A passionate candidate for architecture design projects and open for new conceptions and work methods.

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adoble Suite skills, and other design software.

 

Location: Beijing

Salary: Negotiable
