Sun Property, a member of Sun Group, officially unveiled the large‑scale urban project Charmora City in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, covering approximately 227 hectares and marking the first application of the Sponge City urban model in the country. The development is planned as three functional islands: the North Island as an administrative center with a major square and a pioneering water park in the south‑central region; the Central Island designed as a hub for entertainment and resort experiences; and the South Island focusing on residential and commercial spaces with abundant green infrastructure. By integrating parks, rain gardens, retention lakes and wetlands, the project creates a holistic ecological system capable of absorbing, storing, filtering and reusing rainwater, offering a forward‑looking approach to urban water resilience and microclimate improvement. Charmora City further aims to cultivate a comprehensive lifestyle ecosystem, embracing residential, commercial, tourism and night‑time economy uses to set a new standard for sustainable and vibrant waterfront urban living.
