- In March 2002,the Shenyang City in NorthChina's Liaoning Province commissioned thedesigner to create a new,80-hectare suburbancampus for Shenyang Architectural University.Originally located downtown,the university wasestablished in 1948 and played an important rolein educating architects and civil engineers for thecity of Shengyang and for the country as well.
