- This beach site is 6.4 kilometers (3.9 miles)in length and located on the Bohai Sea.Theentire site was environmentally and ecologically damaged.The sand dunes were heavily eroded,vegetation was decaying,and thebeach was deserted and littered.Prior development had destroyed the coastal wetlandand left it full of construction debris.
