Abstract:
Contemporary cities are not water-resilientand inundations of surface water pose a substantial problem for them.Landscape architecture can play a key role in addressing thisissue.Storm water parks,connected and integrated into an ecological infrastructure acrossvarious scales,can act as green sponges,cleansing and storing urbanstorm water.
