1．Project Statement

Sanjianghui future urban practice area is located in the southwest of the main urban area of Hangzhou, with a total area of 458 square kilometers. As the core of the overall structure of Sanjianghui future urban practice area, green heart park will shoulder the important ecological mission and jointly realize the beautiful vision of "charming future, unlimited Jiangnan". On the strategic level, the three river confluence area is the starting point of Hangzhou's "Nanqi strategy" and the key point to undertake the upstream and downstream sectors.

2．Objective and Challenge

Located at the intersection of Fuchun River, Puyang River and Qiantang River, the green heart park has the conditions to become the fourth World Heritage in Hangzhou - world natural and cultural heritage park.

Its ecological background is superior, mountains, forests, grass, lakes, rivers and other natural elements are complete. Yiqiao district is not only the source of the road of Tang poetry in eastern Zhejiang, but also the intersection of the road of Qiantang River poetry and the road of Tang poetry in eastern Zhejiang. Over the past 1000 years, more than 240 ancient poems have described Yupu in Yiqiao, which is a blend of cultural heritage and charm.

General secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the key to agricultural modernization is the modernization of agricultural science and technology. We should strengthen the integration of agriculture and science and technology, and strengthen the innovation of agricultural science and technology. "Therefore, we should inject hard core productivity into the farmland in Yiqiao area, and create a" Jiangnan poetry and painting landscape, pastoral wisdom oasis ".

Based on the natural countryside, traditional wisdom is used to restore the ecological base, the cultural connotation of poetry is deeply excavated, and modern scientific and technological means are integrated to present the future lifestyle of dual coexistence of old farmers and new farmers, so as to create a smart agricultural research and practice base for perceiving the poetic mood of the East.

Smart agriculture, education and training, culture, tourism and leisure are implanted into the site to build a new road economy and a new agriculture, industry and trade economy for rural revitalization, and to introduce three core groups of professional farmers, agricultural makers and leisure tourists.

3．Design Strategy

3.1 Characteristic one traditional wisdom - ecosystem restoration

We should deal with ecological problems such as embankment hardening, habitat degradation, farmland destruction and non-point source pollution. We trace back to nature and balance the earth in the field. Only one excavator is used to form a series pond as a rainwater filtering and purification zone, and a blue-green ecological zone is built along the river.

Based on the traditional ecological wisdom of Chinese farming, the techniques of pond farming and water management are used to create three kinds of farmland habitats: xerophytes, mesophytes and aquatic ones, and to draw the pastoral canvas of Jiangnan style. And create natural habitats for the surrounding animals, enrich the animal and plant communities.

After reconstruction, the whole site formed five circulation systems: fish vegetable circulation system, rice fish circulation system, ecological village circulation system, poultry biogas field circulation system, and food chain circulation system. The five systems are interrelated to form a "comprehensive, diverse, efficient and sustainable" agricultural ecosystem.

3.2 Characteristic two  modern science and technology leading smart agriculture

First of all, we will join hands with smart technology companies to develop smart agriculture system and launch "future farm". Establish digital agriculture infrastructure, implant a complete set of intelligent agricultural management system, production system, processing system and sales system. At the same time, we should strengthen the training of professional farmers and build the scene of integration of production, learning and research, and the resident agricultural researchers should guide and support them.

Secondly, build a zero carbon park. Establish an energy Internet system, select four types of innovative demonstration projects of energy supply, energy configuration, energy consumption and energy service, and realize energy storage and energy conversion.,

Finally, the park brain Park intelligent management platform is built to realize the real-time monitoring and remote intelligent control of the information release, environment perception and energy consumption perception system in the park. At the same time, we integrate scientific and technological wisdom into popular science exhibition and poetry culture experience, and use high-tech dynamic images to achieve immersive scenes.

3.3 Characteristic three new road economy - promoting rural sharing

With the characteristics of "white walls, dark tiles and courtyard system", the residential aesthetic living space of "new Hangzhou school charm, poetic habitat" is created.

Based on the existing villages, we explore a new mode of living environment - the symbiotic mode of new road economy and shared countryside. Reasonable use of the existing homestead, under the premise of ensuring that the indigenous people do not move out, the transformation of existing housing, the introduction of agricultural workers. Along the road, there is a commercial interface, with catering, retail and other formats, which are operated by aborigines to build a new road economy; Farmers, makers and tourists live next to each other upstairs and downstairs, with different entrances and exits to share living space and rural life.

After the transformation, the roof of the village buildings is winding, gentle and undulating. In the fields, you can walk in the long lost Jiangnan lanes, close to the original nature, listen to the frogs, watch the bird dance, swim, live, work and enjoy the poetic dwelling. Sharing the countryside and the vegetable garden allows city people to immerse themselves in the natural countryside and experience the joy of farming and harvest in the countryside.

3.4 Characteristic four new characteristics of agriculture, industry and trade economy

Wucaiyun bridge is located in the main entrance area of the park, with a total length of 5100 meters. The bridge surface is in a colorful gradient color. As the main tourist interface, Jiaoshan village, Hexi village and factories are organically linked to form a new relationship of agriculture, industry and trade with "industry promoting agriculture, city leading countryside, mutual benefit between industry and agriculture, and integration of urban and rural areas".

Three dimensional space is formed in the village area, with the living area in the lower layer and the tourist area in the upper layer,

The factory area interacts with the winding bridge to enrich the space form. Integrating into food processing, leisure experience, catering services, accommodation, entertainment and other formats, we will combine the growth, production, processing, leisure and entertainment of rural food materials, and make it a natural field paradise. After replacement, the first floor is used for food processing and crop exhibition, the second and third floors are used for selling and dining space, and other spaces can be used for office, living and other related functions.

4．Conclusion

With traditional wisdom to repair the ecosystem, modern science and technology to lead the wisdom of agriculture, new road economy to promote rural sharing, new agriculture, industry and trade economy to build a colorful cloud bridge.
