It can be seen as an alive - convenient, comfortable, safe and livable city. A city for tourism with charming and beautiful views, allowing a brand-new urban image, special experience. The following concepts are intended for a conceptual support of the project:

Through the natural force of the river, help to maintain the oasis outside the levee, restore the nimbus of the Qiantang River.

Irrigate from the upstream to form a human-oriented and comfortable landscape along the riparian area of the Qiantang River.

Parallel corridors: At the outside is the highway, at the middle is the corridor for community daily life, and at the inner side is the recreational corridor along the river.

Understanding the Qiantang River as an important recreational space, and network of “greenways” and “blueways”

Cultural Tourism Center,CBD, and metropolis commercial center has composite the general arrangement of the city area, which has an explicit function and a clear defined urban image.

Community as basic unit, which is the example of organic structure and neo-urbanism.

An “Active Strategy” concept of sustainable development.
