The project is built in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, the hometown of Mao Dun and Feng Zikai, covering 1.47 hectares’ area. The design concept is crossshape of a long letter and a scroll. The whole letter block is raised by 5meters, crosses the river, and is built on the scroll to free up the ground public space. At the same time, it solves the problems of inconvenient connection between the north and south plots and limited land use.
